Here's what you need to do to book your place. Please see our page Prices & packages for more details.

1. Name of the person responsible for the booking and the number of participants.
2. Phone number to reach the first participant, 24h before the activity, in case of an emergency.
3. Date and day you want to book your activity.
4. Choose between the morning ride (8h30am) or the afternoon ride (12h30pm)
5. Complete credit card number with the expiry date and security code (only Visa and Mastercard are accepted)
   A 30% deposit is gonna be hold on your credit card at the moment you make your booking.
6. For dogsledding only : For each participant : First name, age, height and weight, to help us create the best dog team for each participant.
7. For snowmobile only : Tell us if you want to be solo or tandem on your snowmobile
8. Wich activities exactly are you booking (Ex. : Package #8 Overnight+Dogsled+Snowmobile). See Prices & packages

Please download our form and return it to us as soon as possible. We will confirm your booking by phone.

• All our activities happen under the supervision of our guides.
• A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the moment of the reservation. If we are forced to cancel your reservation due to poor weather or other circumstances, we will refund your deposit within 30 days. The same applies If you cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancelation policy.
• You may cancel your reservation up to 10 day before the date of your excursion. After that, no cancellations will be accepted stated otherwise by us. You will be fully responsable for your reservation.
• Schedule: 7 days a week Packages’ departures: morning and afternoon
• Clients must arrive at the center ON TIME :
  am for morning departures
  12h30 pm for afternoon departures
• Warm clothing is required. Similar to what you would wear for cross-country skiing
  (i.e., layered clothing, comfortable warm boots, warm tuque and mittens).
• All activities take place every day, no matter what the weather, unless stated otherwise by us.
• Les femmes enceinte doivent nous prévenir lors de la réservation afin de pouvoir discuter des différentes options.
• All customers must be in good physical conditions and be able to sustain 90 minutes of physical activity
  (Example of similar level of activities: cross-country skiing, bicycling, and hiking.)
• kids beatween 5 and 10 years old are welcome and will be teamed up with a guide.
• Dog sledding groups can be anywhere from 2 to 8 people. 10 people can sometimes be accommodated with advanced notice.
• Helmets are provided for snowmobile activities. Participants must be dressed warmly, like for any other winter activities. A snowmobile suit is not necessary.
• Groups for our snowmobile activities can be anywhere from 1 to 5 people.
  (2 people can ride per snowmobile if so desired.)
• Accepted payments methods: Visa, Master Card, or cash. No interact. For all credit card payments done on-site a small fee will be added. To avoid this fee you can pay cash.
• It is strictly forbbiden to take drugs or alcool before and during an activity
